Mirror & Pommegranit paired the artworks of two seminal filmmakers, Andrei Tarkovsky and Sergei Parajanov. Tarkovsky was given a polaroid camera by film director Michelangelo Antonioni, and it rarely left his side until his untimely death in 1986. Sergei Parajanov spent many years in Soviet labour camps, largely due to his sexuality, and continued his artistic activities there. The two directors were friends and corresponded for many years, and the book reproduces some of the letters they shared.

This catalogue accompanied an exhibition in Mayfair, and showed two sets of limited edition prints that were made by White Space Gallery.
